JORDAN SLOAN - STUDIO MANAGER
I started at Progress as a young gun with very little experience. Through a whole lot of opportunities, trust, training and patience on KJ's end, I've had the absolute privilege of becoming Progress's full time Studio Manager and Preschool Department Head.
I get to teach some of the hardest working kids I could ask for - Progress's commitment to high quality training that instills confidence makes my classes inspiring and exciting. I show up at my best, and am encouraged to be better, so that I can truly bring out the best in those kids.
What makes Progress even more special is the team behind the scenes. I genuinely love the people I work with and the culture we've built together.

There is something so special about working at Progress - I think it's absolutely a testament to the positive work environment and the incredible team that genuinely feels like a family, in a way that I have never experienced working elsewhere. As staff, we are frequently given opportunities to grow and upskill ourselves, and have constant support from the studio’s management team, who are always our biggest cheerleaders. Over my time working at Progress, getting to learn from Studio Director, KJ, who is constantly sharing invaluable knowledge and years of first-hand industry experience, has truly taught me so much. Progress stands out because of its strong core values and overall emphasis on creating a positive studio environment for kids of all different abilities to learn in. There is a shared passion for both dance and community, which is evident in the fact that inclusivity and kindness are so obviously at the heart of everything the team at Progress does. I feel so lucky to get to work in such a warm and inspiring environment every day.

Working at Progress is one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.
